Module 2 · Structuring your IT map
This support starts from your objectives and your existing sources. It combines scoping, methodological guidance and workshops applied to your own context, to build a map that is usable and maintainable.
- Define the scope, the expected uses and the priority information.
- Choose the objects, the relationships and the contribution rules.
- Put the method into practice with the teams on concrete cases.
Module 3 · Expert support
Once you are up and running, call on our team for a one-off question about the tool or your map: extending the scope, evolving the model, improving the views or preparing governance. Sessions can be held remotely or on site, as you need.
