Data controller
NIXIAL, a simplified joint-stock company (société par actions simplifiée) located at 5 rue du Professeur Pierre Vellas, 31300 Toulouse, is the controller of the processing described in this policy. For any question about your data, write to contact@cartographit.com.
Data collected
To book a demonstration, you are directed to our Microsoft Bookings page. There you can enter your name, your email address, your telephone number and optional details about your needs. If you use the site’s contact form, we collect your first name, your last name, your company, your email address and the optional message you send. When you request the guide, we collect your email address. Your optional choice to receive Cartographit news and marketing communications is recorded separately.
Fields marked as mandatory are necessary to process your request. The site does not collect any payment data.
Purposes and legal bases
Data from forms and bookings is used to respond to your requests, to provide you with the guide you requested and to arrange a sales discussion or a demonstration. This processing is based on your request and, depending on the context, on NIXIAL’s legitimate interest in responding to prospects.
The sending of news and marketing communications is based on your consent. This choice is optional, can be withdrawn at any time and is not necessary to obtain the guide or to request a demonstration.
Recipients
The data is accessible to authorised persons at NIXIAL and, strictly to the extent necessary, to its technical service providers involved in hosting, maintenance or the processing of requests. Bookings are made on Cartographit’s Microsoft Bookings page. They are neither sold nor rented to third parties.
Retention period
Data relating to a sales or content request is kept for as long as necessary to process it, then for no longer than three years from its collection or from the last contact with the data subject, unless a legal obligation requires a different period. The guide download link expires after 24 hours.
Security and transfers
NIXIAL implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect data against loss, unauthorised access, alteration or disclosure. If a service provider located outside the European Economic Area is involved, the transfer is governed by the safeguards provided for by the applicable regulations.
Cookies
With your consent, Google Analytics 4 measures the site’s audience and certain interactions, such as a click to book a demonstration or to go to the application. With separate consent, LinkedIn Insight measures campaigns and can be used to create advertising audiences; Google Conversion Linker keeps ad click data to help measure conversions. These services may use identifiers and send browsing data to their providers. See the policies of Google and LinkedIn.
These optional services only load after you have made your choice for each purpose. You can accept, refuse or customise your preferences, then withdraw your consent via “Manage cookies” at the bottom of the page. The choice is remembered for 180 days on this device, in the browser’s local storage (key “cartographit-cookie-choice”). It is not sent with the forms. After a withdrawal, the site stops loading the services concerned and deletes their first-party cookies accessible on this domain; third-party cookies remain subject to the settings of your browser and of the providers.
If you change the site's language with the FR · EN switcher, a 'lang' cookie remembers that choice for 13 months to show the site in your language on later visits. It is strictly necessary for this service you request, so it does not require your consent.
Your rights
You can request access to your data, its rectification, its erasure or the restriction of its processing, or object to its use. You can also request the portability of your data where applicable and withdraw your consent at any time.
To exercise your rights, write to contact@cartographit.com stating the email address concerned. If you consider that your rights are not being respected, you can lodge a complaint with the CNIL.
